The Clock had fallen into disrepair, overgrown with biological material, bird guano, etc. In addition mortar lines had failed, and the basins were being used as bins.

The entire surface of the clock was steam cleaned, failed mortar lined re-pointed. The basins were fitted with bespoke lead planters, and service doors replaced, All bronze plaques were steam cleaned, and hot waxed/buffed.
